SALARY & BONUS INFORMATION
Eateries, Inc. offers challenging career opportunities with excellent, competitive
compensation and bonus packages.
• Owner Operators - up to $100,000
• General Managers - up to $60,000 plus bonus
• Associate General Managers - up to $45,000 plus bonus
• Assistant Managers - up to $40,000 plus bonus
General Managers
receive performance reviews annually. Associate General Managers and Assistant
Managers receive performance reviews two times each year. Salary reviews for
all members of management are given annually.
REFERRAL
PROGRAM
A referral bonus will be paid to individuals who refer qualified management
candidates who are hired by Eateries, Inc. and successfully complete the required
seven week management training program.
• First Referral - $750 (in a calendar year)
• Each Successive Referral - $1,000 (in the same calendar year)
GENERAL
MANAGER
STAY-PUT BONUS
A cash award will be given to any General Manager that remains in the same
restaurant at the end of the 3rd year and again at the end of the 6th year
in the position as General Manager.*
• After 3 Years - $10,000 Bonus.
• After 6 Years - $15,000 Bonus.
* General Manager must be “in good standing” for
payment to occur.
Maximum $25,000 over 6 years.
